If you have more people who want to attend a lesson, please feel free to contact us. - All package lessons are payable in full after your first introductory lesson using cash, a check, or a credit card. - To ensure availability, package lesson times must be booked in advance - at least one at a time, or all of them if you are able to stick to a schedule. Cancellation and refund policies: - Payment paid in advance will be refunded in full if withdrawal is before first class. There is no refund on wedding package lessons after the course has started. - Private lessons must be canceled via telephone within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time. - Lessons that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be billed and are non-refundable. - If we are able to fill your cancelled slot then we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee for you. - In the event you need to reschedule, please email or call us as far in advance as possible, and you will not be charged for a cancelled/changed lesson if it's more than 24 hours in advance. |
